Burn The Ships Electrics offers a full range of service, warranty, maintenance, and repair options for your E-Products either direct from the manufacturer or via a dedicated team of local partners.
Service and Labor Costs will determined once scope of work has been agreed upon. Service and Support can only be delivered via our retail store and cannot be ordered online.
In addition to offering maintenance and repair services, we offer in store demos, along with a host of additional support services that may be of value to our clients. Ask about our Red Carpet Delivery Service for those of you who do not plan to transport your E-Bikes and need them to be delivered to your home (Available in the local area only, Fee based upon Product and Travel Distance). We can also arrange for crating and shipping of E-Products for those customers who prefer to source in stock product rather than wait possibly months for a shipment directly from a manufacturer.
