RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We stand by the quality of our products but do not accept returns on used or opened items.
We accept returns on unused, as new accessory and apparel orders placed within the US within 15 days of order fulfillment. Refund will not be processed until merchandise is received and inspected by BURN THE SHIPS ELECTRICS staff. If your item is returned to us with dirt and debris (i.e. deodorant, excessive pet hair, etc.) that we can not easily clean off, your item will be returned to you and considered final sale and non-returnable. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, tags intact (when applicable) and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Cancelled electric vehicle orders (i.e.: E-Bikes, E-Mopeds, E-Skateboards, E-Surfboards, E-Scooters), items that are refused at delivery, and unopened electric vehicle shipments are subject to a minimum of a 25% re-stocking fee ($500 minimum restocking fee) which will be deducted from the total refunded amount at the point of return. Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to [email protected]. A label will be provided when the return is approved. Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Both initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Electric Vehicles (i.e.: E-Bikes, E-Mopeds, E-Skateboards, E-Surfboards, E-Scooters) cannot be returned but we do uphold all manufacturer warranties against mechanical defects for the products purchased from us.
3rd Party or Self-Shipping: 3rd party or self-shipping of any electric vehicle or battery purchased from BURN THE SHIPS ELECTRICS is prohibited due to specific certifications that are required to ship our batteries. The information necessary for a 3rd party to ship our battery is proprietary and will not be provided if requested. We are not liable to accept returns for merchandise refused by a 3rd party shipper or that crosses international borders.
BURN THE SHIPS ELECTRICS is not responsible for lost or mis-routed returns.
Batteries: Batteries are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any batteries. No exceptions!
If your product is shipped to you and arrives damaged, please contact us directly by email within 3 business days from the date of delivery and provide photos for verification. Please note that any damage caused by shipping is not covered by any warranty.

Price adjustments are offered on orders placed within 7 days before the start of any sale. Price adjustments are not offered on already discounted items or FINAL SALE items.
