  • Online or Retail Exchanges + Returns
    • You can return unused, as new items within 15 days subject to approval. You will be responsible for shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] with specific questions regarding your approved returns. Electric Vehicles (i.e.: E-Bikes, E-Mopeds, E-Skateboards, E-Surfboards, E-Scooters) cannot be returned but we do uphold all manufacturer warranties against mechanical defects for the products we sell. Products can also be returned at our retail locations. Same terms apply.
  • What if the wrong product was shipped or the product was damaged?
    • If your order has a defective item or items, or a wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] for prompt handling of your issue.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund?
    • We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but bare with us, we are a small team. Once we've physically received the product(s) you'd like to return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card which usually takes between 3-5 business days to settle with your bank/card carrier. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed by our system.
  • How do I track my online order?
    • Once an order is picked up by the designated carrier, your account will be updated and an email will be sent containing a tracking link. You can also look up your tracking by using the Order Tracking Page of the carriers website. It is important that you provide Email details when placing your order. Please make sure your customer account has the correct Email as well.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    • Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours (except on weekends and major holidays) for in stock items. However, we try our best to pack and ship all orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00pm PST that same day. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method. Some shipments cannot be processed on Saturday or Sunday. Special orders and back ordered products will ship using the same terms listed above once received.
  • When should I expect my order to arrive?
    • Shipping estimates are from the time the courier receives your package. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours (except weekends and major holidays). All orders made after 12:00pm PST will most likely go out following day. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method.
  • How do I track my order?
    • A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once the order has been packed and a label has been created. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking URL to update. If it has been a few days after the order was placed and you have not received tracking, please check your junk mail. If the email is no where to be found please contact [email protected]
  • My order never arrived. Where is it?
    • If an order is nowhere to be found please check with your surrounding neighbors and or building manager. If applicable please contact your local delivery agent and confirm the package delivery. Please contact [email protected] if the parcel is not found and has gone missing.
  • What forms of payments you accept?
    • We accept PayPal payments along with all major credit cards. Affirm financing option available.
